Terms of Service

You can request a refund of a purchase within 24 hours of receiving the items from that purchase. For purchases which include in-game items (Magic Rings, Abilities, etc.), you must return all items to RobRem58. If you are unable to do this, a refund will not be offered. Note that refunds won't be the full amount you paid due to transaction fees imposed by our payment gateways, but will be the vast majority of the sum you paid. Also note that the Custom Horn item has its own refund policy available on its application form.

Any chargebacks (disputing your donation via your payment provider) will result in a ban from the server: https://sites.google.com/view/fasurvival-rules

In-game donator items are survival items, and we take no responsibility for them being lost, e.g. to bandits, to players, from accidents, etc. You will only be reimbursed with a lost item if it was lost due to a bug or in other exceptional circumstances. If you want to request a reimbursement of a lost in-game item, contact RobRem58 on the server, on the Discord server, or email [email protected]

Being a donator does not give you exemption from any of our rules, and we reserve the right to ban you from the server if you have broken our rules to an extent worthy of a ban or in other exceptional circumstances.
